Spacious 2nd floor apartment with private entrance, full kitchen, living room and screened in porch in quiet, safe neighborhood, 3 blocks from downtown shops and restaurants, and one block to Lake Winnisquam. More space is available to accommodate up to 4 guests occupying the entire 2nd floor which would add a bedroom with a double bed and a large room with a pull out sofa. Outdoor area includes a hot tub, fire pit, brand new large deck with dining table/seating, and a gas grill. 1 mile from Bank NH Pavillion and 5 miles from Weirs Beach/ bike week.
