Dispone di un soggiorno panoramico con cucina (sono presenti pentole, piatti, bicchieri, tazze, seggiolone), TV, Wi-fi, aria condizionata e divano. Le due stanze, di cui una con vista sul Golfo, sono entrambe dotate di letto matrimoniale, armadio in ferro battuto e smartTV. Il bagno è munito di doccia e lavatrice.

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
