Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. "The Suite Spot"- A "not so average" basement apt- Light & airy. Just off W. Main St in a historic stone cottage. 1 mi fm downtown Franklin (a 20 min walk/ 5 min bike or Lyft ride, 35 min ride to downtown Nashville). Right across the street fm the best authentic mexican food in middle TN. This apt has cottage charm sporting painted concrete floors but softened up w/ plush rugs and bed linens. After seeing the sights, come home to "The Suite Spot" -grill out, sip a glass of wine, watch a movie.

There is a beautiful patio with a fireplace where is a pleasure to just seat and drink your coffee or a glass of wine. We really have the best of both worlds; peacefulness of country with the convenience of town!
