I extend a warm welcome to my cosy and comfortable apartment. It’s located in a semi-central area of Rome that has many nearby links to the Historic Center. Traveling means meeting new people. I like to provide my guests with helpful information. On request, I can provide them with suggestions for undiscovered tours/spots in Rome. A stone's throw from the Colosseum

Apartment in the trendy Monti district, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located at the 1st floor (the one above the ground floor) and there is no lift. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.

Appartamento al Colosseo

L'appartamento si trova in una zona ideale per visitare Roma, perché molto centrale ma comunque in una strada tranquilla. Si può raggiungere comodamente il Colosseo, i Fori Imperiali e i maggiori luoghi di interesse turistico, così come la stazione Termini è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti e a 100 mt dal Museo delle Illusioni, Il quartiere Monti, rione storico, si trova a poche centinaia di metri da casa. Supermercati, bar e ristoranti sono raggiungibili in un paio di minuti a piedi.

Beautiful sunny apartment

Delizioso bilocale nel verde di Roma. A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale Porta di Roma, il più grande in città. Autobus diretti per il centro (piazza Venezia) e a 10 minuti dalla metro B di Conca D'Oro. In casa troverete WiFi, televisione e barbecue, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, lenzuola, e tutto quello di cui avrete bisogno. Per favore, se si avesse bisogno di un check in non compreso nella fascia oraria di riferimento (12p.m-8p.m) chiedere prima di prenotare se disponibile. :=)

Rome's historic center, Via Giulia: The Art House

The house is full of light because it faces south and on the 2rd floor with lift, its windows are above the church which is opposite. It 'very spacious, tastefully restored recently, is 120 square meters, has two large bedrooms with two full bath rooms, one with a bath the other with shower, has a large double living room with a sofa bed and a single bed if desired to be added. The house has a large kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, including washing machine.washing machine.

This well-appointed apartment is on 2 floors and has a large front yard. It is located near San Giovanni in Laterano and is a 25-min walk to the Coliseum. The bus stop for service 85 is located right outside the apartment and the subway is only a 5-minute walk. It is well connected with train stations, airport and highways. In the surrounding areas there are markets, restaurant, bar, ice cream parlors and many other stores. Looking forward to be your host for a pleasant visit of Rome.

All'esterno del piccolo soggiorno potete trovare un piccolo e comodo terrazzino.

Well connected with the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and Termini railway station. The railway station "Tuscolana", with the trains from/to the airport of Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci, is just ten minutes walk from the apartment.
