The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Nestled on a private lane minutes from the Asheville airport and situated between Asheville and Hendersonville, this 695 sq. ft upstairs duplex unit blends modern style with comfort. Wall-mounted TVs in each bedroom and the living room, with Netflix access provided. Guests enjoy shared access to hot tub, laundry room, and fire ring.

Secluded mountain escape with blazing fast WIFI (gigabit fiber optic). I've been personally building this studio for 2 years, and can’t wait to share my vision and hard work with you. The space is located up 16 stairs in the carriage house. It's about a mile from Hendersonville's Historic Main Street and yet secluded on 2 acres in wooded Laurel Park. A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests. No pets allowed, we love them.

If you are planning to visit our state and national parks, please check to see which trails are open. Downtown Brevard is a quaint mountain town with unique shops, a variety of restaurants and art galleries and is just 15 from the apartment.
