Our bright, spacious apartment is located adjacent to our family home in the Fleet Conservation Area. It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - £10 per off peak charge, £5 for hybrids) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. Our apartment was designed and signed off to UK building regulations.

Large, luxurious and serene living space with free off street parking. The loft conversion is extensive covering entire length of extended bungalow and comes with private entrance & bath. The sofa bed here provides further sleeping flexibility. Kitchenette has tea/coffee facilities, toaster, microwave & mini fridge-freezer but no cooking facilities.

A 19th Century updated character cottage with many beams and a vaulted ceiling to the main bedroom. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom accessed off the garden providing two single beds and WC. It is two minutes walk from the thriving village of Hartley Wintney and is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£25 fee payable).

The annex has a lounge, shower room, kitchen and bedroom. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, oven, fridge freezer and kitchen utensils. The television has terrestrial channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Guests may also use our car charger for an additional fee.
