The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. The Annexe - Cherry Cottage (self-contained)

Through your own front door you enter a comfortable and spacious self-contained apartment - lounge with kitchen adjoining, Double Bedroom (with single sofa bed* or cot) and Bathroom (no bath just a shower). Continental breakfast included on first night. Short walk from local Pubs, Shops, Restaurants, perfect for walking and cycling the South Downs National Park (less than a mile away). A short drive will take you to Arundel, Worthing, Goodwood and Brighton. *sofa bed is within the bedroom

Goatchers Studio - a gem in the centre of Findon.

Goatchers Studio, in the centre of our beautiful village, is a short stroll to three excellent pubs, a fine dining restaurant and national walking trails. Ideal if you are looking for a romantic getaway, for wedding guests at Findon Manor, Findon Place and Cissbury Barn or for longer visits. The self-contained studio has been refreshed to a high standard with a feature antique French bed, with luxurious Egyptian linens, smart TV and free WiFi. The Studio isn't suitable for dogs.

Located in High Salvington in a quiet residential close , this annexe is part of the owners chalet bungalow . On the outskirts of Worthing ,only 2.7 miles from the beach. Beautiful downland walks close by , a historic windmill , village shop and Micro bar at the top of the hill .

The White House in steyning is a period cottage arranged over split levels with direct access to footpaths leading to the South Downs Way. Located on a quiet country lane offering a rural and tranquil setting within a 5 min walking distance to the beautiful historic market town of Steyning with its many shops, restaurants, pubs and regular farmers markets. The White House enjoys a lovely private garden with far reaching views, a courtyard and bbq and seating area.

Carwen Studio

Welcome to Carwen Studio. We can’t wait to host you in sunny Worthing. We are in a lovely walk into the very popular Broadwater and Tarring areas and a short journey to Worthings Cafe and Beachlife. Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.

The Chapel, Cissbury

On entering the chapel the mezzanine floor is in front of you with the oak stair case to your left to take you up to the super king double bedroom. The chapel has air-conditioning and the blinds covering the large windows are electric operated from a remote control by your bed. There is a sofa bed in the seating area and a dining table and chairs for 4 people. Through the galley kitchen is a separate WC and wash basin and a shower room with a double shower.

The 'Garden Room' is a light and airy self contained three room annex, located in the picturesque village of High Salvington, well known for its Windmill in the Souths Downs National Park. It it is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With easy access to the Souths Downs, it’s location is ideal for both walking & cycling and also within a 25 minute drive to Goodwood, Chichester, Cowdray and Brighton & Hove.
