The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step.

We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras.
