På 10-15 min med bil når man både havet med fina badplatser eller två av Skandinaviens största köpcentrum (Täby Centrum och Mall of Scandinavia. Huset har vattenburen golvvärme, en permanent arbetsplats, bra Wi-Fi och parkering med laddning.

The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen).
