you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

Quiet, Airy Beach House

This duplex apartment is located 1 block from beach access point, 1 mile from Pier Village, 3/4 mile from train station, and central between two grocery stores. It is a small 2-bedroom apartment with a queen bed in the front bedroom and a trundle bed in the bad that pulls out into two twin beds. One of the bed frames and mattress sits at floor level.
