The house benefits from a Hot Tub and Sauna, outdoor kitchen and plenty of space to relax or play. There are an abundance of lovely local walks close to the house, as well as access to The West Highland Way just 200m away. The house itself is luxuriously finished, has both open plan & private living spaces as well as four bedrooms with 5-star hotel quality bedding.

The Pavilion, Upper Woodburn

The Pavilion is situated in extensive woodlands overlooking its own courtyard and garden area. The house and garden have beautiful views of the Campsie Hills, and rural farmland. The south-facing balcony is perfect for sitting out and there is a barbecue area in the garden. It is an ideal base to explore the Trossachs, Loch Lomond and is close to Glasgow and half an hour from Edinburgh by train. There are two other cottages on site which, when booked together offer accommodation for 14.

We have a converted double garage that is separate from our house. It comes with high spec kitchen facilities, fridge freezer, hob, wine chiller, microwave and washing machine. It is self sufficient with its own bathroom with electric shower as well. It has a double bed. Car parking is also available. There is a TV with Sky Q in the flat also. It has fitted wardrobes and lots of room for storage. Electric heater in living room.
