A lovely self-contained studio with patio area and free parking. It contains a king bed, chair & work desk; kitchen with fridge, sink, hob and microwave and all necessary crockery and utensils etc; wardrobe, drawers; bathroom with good size shower; wifi TV and USB sockets; its own central heating and hot water systems and modern decor. Towels, tea-towels, soap, washing up liquid and bed linen provided along with some basic food items such as salt/pepper, teabags, coffee, sugar, squash, etc

It is convenient for the Bowl Arena, Bletchley Park, Woburn Safari, the M1 motorway(10 mins), Luton Airport (20 mins) and London.

A private flat within a large Victorian house, built 1894 for the Wolverton Works Manager. In walking distance to the station, the train offers stops to CMK and London. Access to the Garden Flat is via the original back lane Trades Entrance. Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.
