Tucked away on Lake Lamoille in Morristown, this beautiful brand new apartment is just minutes from town and yet offers tranquility and spectacular views. The lake is home to eagles, herons, geese, ospreys and fish! You will see kayakers out there fishing! Stowe Mt and Smuggler’s Notch are both nearby. Breweries, art galleries, restaurants are close by. You can walk or bike to the 93 mile Lamoille Valley Rail Trail from our home. Our shed is available for storing your bikes, kayaks or skis.

Or simply stay in bed and admire the view. With plenty of land to explore, a hike is always welcome. The choice is yours!

Rochester House is near restaurants, trails, family-friendly activities, and lake beaches. It's convenient to many destinations, including, Hill Farmstead, Caspian Lake (beach) and Craftsbury. A short walk to the Farmer's Market, grocery stores, and most village restaurants. Downtown is .7 miles, 15 min walk. This may be too far in winter. There is a city plowed sidewalk all the way during snow season if needed. House of Pizza is only 2 blocks. We are in the village, please respect neighbors.

Only three quarters of an hour from three ski resorts, Jay Peak, Burke Mtn and Smugglers Notch, we’re the perfect place to stay for your skication. There’s also plenty of hiking and beautiful lakes (Memphremagog, Crystal and Willoughby) to explore close by. Craftsbury Outdoor Ctr, Creek Hill Barn and, snowmobile trails are nearby.
