L'appartamento è composto da due camere matrimoniali, ognuna con bagno privato e indipendente, un angolo cottura. Des del balneari íntim que es pot utilitzar tant a l'estiu com a l'hivern al majestuós pavelló assignat a la finca on un cop el blat va ser colpejat. Alberobello és a 1,5 km.
