The apartment sits across from the 97th St boardwalk concessions, offering a delicious variety of food, live music, and dancing. Every detail is cared for with love. This cool rooftop bedroom listing is located on the top floor of my home. It is very spacious and comfortable; there are two balconies located on the opposite end of the room. This is a unique and alternative to expensive Manhattan accommodation. Enjoy!
