Also within easy reach off local amenities, and the surrounding areas. Brightlingsea boasts a Lido pool and many fantastic pubs/restaurants and Cafe's. 1 night bookings will incur a cleaning fee of £30.00

On the banks of Suffolk's most beautiful river with access to a private sandy beach, Sandlings Barn is a light and spacious traditional Suffolk barn recently converted with striking architectural features, on its own 45-acre estate of rewilded meadows and woodland. Make yourself at home in the barn's huge open plan dining/living room, enjoy the log burning stove, high quality mattresses and freshly ironed Egyptian cotton sheets. Just 10 minutes drive to the busy market town of Woodbridge.

Patio doors lead onto large gated decking area with views of the sea to sit and relax on. One Double (ensuite) and two twin rooms. Separate large bathroom. Parking for two cars at side of the property. The site amenities include; pool, minigolf, restaurant, shops, clubhouse, playpark, fishing/boating lakes, and of course the white sandy/pebble beach.

With its own beachside garden and breathtaking uninterrupted views of the wildest of Essex creeks and marshes, the cottage is only to be reached on foot atop a sea wall. The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The last in a row of westerly facing cottages, perfect to watch the evening sun go down . From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

Bijou cabin next to the sea

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

PLEASE NOTE THE BEACH HUT IS FOR DAY USE ONLY Daily use beach hut. Second row hut with sea views. Close to kiosk and newly refurbished toilets and car park. A great place to spend some days relaxing by the sea, make a cuppa, walk, read, picnic lunch, have a swim and then have a snooze before a fish and chip supper. The hut is rustic, but comfortable, long benches with cushions for naps, and a stove and kettle. Ideal for couples, families and friends gathering. Doggie friendly.

Private allocated parking space in the courtyard at the rear of the building. Lovely light, neutral colour themed apartment with fantastic views. 4 minute drive to Clacton Pier and Town Centre. Large recreational area to the rear and side of the building with childrens play area. No personal items to be left in the communal areas.
