With an open concept design, it integrates seamlessly with a spacious living room, through a bar with high stools. The room has spectacular windows as you bask in the warmth of the natural light that floods the space. During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. It is important to note that parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to fines imposed by the appropriate authorities. Beds and towels will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Accommodating more people than specified in the reservation is not allowed. We kindly remind you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment, and to take out the trash daily, especially during summer months. Please ensure that the apartment is left tidy upon your departure and treat the space with respect. Tourist flat registered and in compliance with current regulations. Our flat complies with all the tourist regulations in force in Spain. It has an official registration number for rental as a tourist flat and a licence.

It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

És un espai obert d'inspiració bohèmia, acollidor i modern amb finestres, al cor de restaurants animats, tapes i botigues. Disposa de wifi i està totalment equipat. Ideal per a una persona soltera, una parella o una parella amb un nen! També s'han convidat animals de companyia! L'apartament es troba en un edifici autèntic i tranquil. Està dissenyat modern, amb el seu nom, tardor, i consta d'un dormitori amb un llit doble, una sala d'estar amb un sofà llit individual i una taula de treball, cuina amb taula de menjador i bany. Hem tingut cura de tots els petits detalls perquè sigui la millor estada per a tu! Disposa de wifi i està totalment equipat, incloent-hi rentadora, televisor, aire condicionat i cafetera Nespresso. Tot a punt per a la teva comoditat i gaudi! L'apartament és un apartament d'estudi obert, i és tot teu per gaudir-ne! No hi ha zones a l'apartament que no puguis utilitzar ni accedir! Ens encanta fer d'amfitrió, però també respectem la privacitat dels nostres hostes! Som aquí per ajudar-te tant com vulguis! El pis es troba just al costat de Gran Via, el carrer més cèntric de Madrid, en un barri ple de colors que es diu Chueca. La zona és famosa per ser una zona divertida i bohèmia. Al carrer hi ha cafeteries, tapes, restaurants i un supermercat. L'estació central de metro Gran Via es troba a 2 minuts a peu del pis. Des d'allà pots agafar el metro fins a qualsevol lloc de Madrid i també a totes les estacions de tren que et portaran de Madrid a la resta d'Espanya. Si vens en cotxe, hi ha un gran aparcament a la Plaça de Pedro Zerolo, Madrid, a només 2 minuts a peu del pis. També hi ha una estació de lloguer de bicicletes a minuts. T'estarà esperant un lot d'aigua, refrescos, llet, cafè, te i dolços per donar-te la benvinguda:-)
