Enjoy the joy of lake living using the included kayaks/paddle boards or take a day trip to the nearby 1000 Islands, Canada, or the Adirondacks. Kids & dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy the new propane grill, smores at the fire pit, new mattresses, kayaking, fishing, WiFi, and playing cornhole and board games. You can also dock your own boat on the private dock.

Adorable country guesthouse on Graham Lake

Enjoy the countryside on 15 acres of woods backing on to Graham Lake. Tucked away from the road, our guesthouse is family and pet friendly. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round. Take a 5 min stroll down a wooded path to the lakefront where you will find another campfire pit, a dock, canoe, kayak and SUP to use and plenty of space for activities year-round.

Cook meals over the fire or grill and relax under the stars in the wood-fired hot tub (seasonal). Enjoy some modern comforts while getting up close with nature so you can truly unwind. Honeymoon, Babymoon, any occasion, or no occasion place. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We are close enough to enjoy activities in A Bay, NY, and far enough to enjoy quiet time. Loons and geese are the loudest sounds you’ll hear at night. Great fishing, boating and swimming from our dock. 103 cascading steps to the water.

Rossie Rest

Relax with the family at this peaceful cabin on the Indian River with great fishing and a private setting. Walk out the front door and start fishing or enjoy the view with your morning coffee. It is in the perfect location to view the Eclipse on April 8. This cabin is kid and pet friendly. It has electricity, running water, a small kitchenette, fire pit and wood. It is located 45 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes to exit 49 on Route 81, and close to the Thousand Islands and Black Lake.

The Chez Heron was built in 1872 out of local limestone and was made to resemble a small Gothic castle. It is nationally registered as a historical structure. It is set up for 1 couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Full kitchen. We will have a bottle of champagne chilling for you .We have an outside Hot Tub and Fire area for you to relax and enjoy. Located within the vilage of Chaumont and walking distance to several local businesses.
