La casa, rinnovata e arredata con gusto è immersa nel verde. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Sasso Marconi e a 5 minuti dalla stazione dei treni. In 20 minuti sarete a Bologna e potrete visitare anche altre città. Da Sasso Marconi passa la Via degli Dei che unisce Bologna a Firenze e la via Della Lana e della Seta che va da Bologna a Prato. Sasso Marconi inoltre è il luogo ideale per chi esplora gli Appennini Tosco-Emiliani in bicicletta. Garage coperto disponibile per biciclette.

Non passa inosservato il famoso Ponte Sospeso, illuminato anche di notte. Il paese di San Marcello è raggiungibile anche a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 15 minuti.
