The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

Secluded Garden Studio

Self contained garden studio at the end of long garden. Separate access from main house. Ten minutes walk from the science park and close to Cambridge North station. Easy access to Cambridge city centre. Off street parking. Regular bus service. Iron, hair dryer, microwave provided. TV and wi-fi - short term lets considered. Off street parking available. Double bed, kitchenette, walk in wardrobe and shower room. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine in the house if needed.

Private Detached Annex in Isleham Village

Set on the outskirts of Isleham a quiet village this was part of the village bakery, now been converted into a detached annex. With its own entrance, room for parking, you can come and go as you please. Kitchen with hob, microwave, oven & grill. Fridge, kettle, toaster & Smart TV included. The village has three pubs, a Co-op & Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. Good for walks around the local Marina or down The River Lark. Newmarket 20mins drive, Ely & Cambridge 30mins drive.

The Barn: Gorgeous alternative to a hotel room

The Barn is a self contained annex attached to our house, The Old Bakery, but with its own private access. We also have "The Cob" and "The Bakehouse", each suitable for 2 adults. Situated in an idyllic quiet position overlooking our garden and field beyond, in the historic village of Thriplow. A minutes walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub. Only 8 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for working in the city or surrounding area - a homely alternative to a hotel.

Fresh, contemporary 2 storey 1 bedroom property ideal for a couple, with capacity to sleep another adult or child. The entire annex is yours for your stay. Hauxton is a quiet, attractive village located just 3.9 miles south of Cambridge city centre – nature, green spaces and rural walks in abundance yet super easy to get into Cambridge, the perfect base to explore. London access nearby (rail or road) and a 5 minute drive from the M11. Discounts may be available for long stays.

Located in the centre of the popular village of Comberton, 6 miles from the historic city of Cambridge, The Nook provides stylish, self-contained, purpose-built and spacious guest accommodation, as part of our family home. Superbly situated for exploring Cambridge, Ely, and East Anglia, or daytrips to London. The Nook is a pet-free space, so suitable for those with allergies. The Lodge, Bourn, near Cambridge

The lodge is spacious and you will have access to some of the large garden and field on the property. A great location for venturing into Cambridge or travelling to London. A quiet rural escape. Welcome to the Garden Studio in central Cambridge, offering off street parking and private entrance. An 8 minute walk to the river will give you access to Jesus Green, fine restaurants, riverside pubs and punting. The studio is a non-smoking space, it has a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, a comfy chair, a king size bed, a bathroom with shower, and for any music lovers, a piano.
