Casa dins un entorn natural, amb un bosc mediterrani de més de 4 hectàrees per poder passejar. Espai de tranquil·litat absoluta i exclusiu. Piscina i terrassa per poder gaudir el mesos de calor. Molt cèntric. A 15 minuts de l'aeroport, a 20 minuts de Palma de Mallorca, a 30 minuts de la platja del Trenc (una de les més belles i impressionant de Mallorca), a 30 minuts de les Cales de Mallorca. A més a 5 minuts de la casa gaudirem de restaurants amb plats típics i cuina internacional.

In unserem tollen Strandhaus läßt es sich herrlich am Pool chillen, an den Strand gehen und ein leckeres Barbecue genießen. Abends kann man schön auf der großen Terrasse sitzen, mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Unser Haus ist perfekt ausgerichtet. Tagsüber, wenn es heiß ist, kann man auf der vorderen Terrasse (im Schatten) aufs Meer gucken oder hinten auf der anderen Terrasse in der Sonne am Pool liegen. So gibt es immer für jeden ein schattiges oder sonniges Plätzchen.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
