Absolutely brand new & quality built the studio has its own private entry with landscaped garden, outdoor shower & undercover patio. For a max 2 guests, the self contained studio space has a queen bed, kitchen (oven, cooktop & plenty of cupboard space), separate bathroom (with shower, toilet, vanity and laundry). Beautiful timber flooring, both ceiling fan and air-conditioning completes this lovely space.

From the moment you step through the gate, you feel the relaxed Byron vibe! It's a 2 min walk to Baz & Shaz's 'pantry', 7 mins to Suffolk village, and 15 mins to Tallow Beach. There's a kitchen cupboard with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster, kettle and crockery suitable for breakfasts and managing takeaway.
