Its a 15 minute drive to Stony Brook Univ Campus & Hospital, Stony Brook village, local beaches, Pt. Jefferson, & Ferry to Connecticut. Only minutes from Mather & St Charles Hospitals. 10 minute drive to Smith Haven Mall.

Private bungalow with a separate entrance in a historical tudor home. Spacious bedroom with king-sized bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Jitney stop is one block away!
