(The sofa bed is only made up for parties of 5 or more). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each and every guest stay - We’re Good to Go standard. No parties. Quiet time between 10pm and 8am

The Lanes and all major attractions are just a short walk away. High ceilings, a modern kitchen and huge bathroom with big, free-standing bath & separate rainforest shower. There are two big bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one double. Plus there is a small double sofa-bed in the living room.

Refurbished in 2022 and perfect for families, groups or couples looking to be near the centre. Sea views to the master bedroom and stairway. The Roof garden is secluded and quiet and is a year round real suntrap, perfect for alfresco dining or just relaxing. The accommodation is set over 3 floors and has its own private entrance and has 2 deluxe family bathrooms plus a WC.

The house has plenty of space and light, great for families, groups of friends, couples and business travellers. We're very happy that many guests see at as "their" Brighton home and keep coming back.

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.

The property has been set-up with families in mind, so we have available on request high chair, travel cot, baby bath, stair gates, changing mats etc. We are also a dog friendly house.
