La disposizione moderna degli spazi, poi, è tutta a favore del comfort. Nel caratteristico rione Borgo Pio in un immobile storico del 1800 molto silenzioso a 100 metri dalla Basilica di San Pietro e 500 metri dai musei Vaticani. Vicinissimo alla zona shopping di Via Cola di Rienzo e Via del Corso. L'appartamento é composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno composto da doccia e vasca idromassaggio, un ampio soggiorno con un grande divano e un divano letto matrimoniale, tavolo da pranzo e un'ampia cucina attrezzata con Macchina del caffè Nespresso, Tostapane, Bollitore, Lavatrive e Microonde. L 'appartamento dispone di 2 tv e internet wi-fi, di riscaldamento autonomo e di aria condizionata centralizzata in tutti gli ambienti. L'orario di check-in è piuttosto flessibile; è necessario concordare con anticipo l'orario di arrivo tramite email o Whatsapp. Il Chek-out è previsto entro le ore 10. Per prendere le chiavi vi manderò istruzioni. L'edificio non è fornito di ascensore. Il quartiere Borgo è una zona tranquilla e signorile a pochi passi dalla Basilica di San Pietro e dai Musei Vaticani nonché dalla grande via dello shopping Cola di Rienzo, che collega il centro storico di Roma, Piazza del Popolo, con il Vaticano. La nostra residenza si trova a pochi metri dalla fermata della Metro Ottaviano, con la quale potrete raggiungere comodamente tutte le attrazioni delle Città Eterna. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.
