Sleeps 24 across 6 bedrooms — 4 king rooms, a bunk room, and an upstairs commons with 4 queens behind a door — so grown-ups get real beds, not bunks. The great room climbs 2 stories to a wall of windows, the quartz island seats 14, and 2 refrigerators handle a crowd. Add 4 full baths, 7 TVs, central heat and air, and a covered deck facing the bay. The beach access sits straight down at the end of Mary Ann.
