Auf 400qm² Wohnfläche vermieten wir außergewöhnliche Räume, die fast alle einen wunderschönen Blick auf den asiatischen Garten bieten. Unser japanisches Teehaus läd hier zum verweilen ein und auch ein Grillplatz kann genutzt werden. Wir bieten ein Masterbedroom mit Balkon, incl. Gästezimmer für drei Gäste an. Das Kaminzimmer ist für vier Personen und das Terrassenzimmer für drei Personen ausgelegt. Alle Räume sind mit Wlan und Flatscreen-TV ausgestattet. Wir freuen uns sehr über Deinen Besuch.

Zur Innenstadt nach Düsseldorf sind es 19km (24min), zum Flughafen Düsseldorf 16Km (17min), zur Messe Düsseldorf 15km (20min). Ruhig gelegen direkt an Rheindamm umgibt das Haus ein 10.000qm Garten. Das Haus selber, gebaut 1958, ist zweigeschossig mit ca. 370qm Wohnfläche. Es gibt zwei großzügige Wohnzimmer . Die Einrichtung ist modern klassisch. Unser Haus bietet sehr große und helle Raume an, da wir eine Galerie haben die das Wohnen schöner macht. Die großen Galerie Fenstern lassen das Tageslicht schön zur Geltung kommen. Wir lieben unser Haus sehr daher gehe liebe voll damit um wenn du unser Gast sein möchtest.

This amazing old villa was built around 1930 and was renovated shortly and is therefore equipped to the latest standards. It is in our private use and everything made with love and passion. It has 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms of 35, 25 and 14 sqm and a single room of 8 sqm), a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms (15 sqm and 5 sqm) and a guest toilet. The garden is almost 1000 square meters. We are looking forward to our first AirBnB experience.
