Your family will be close to everything at this centrally located home located in the Tillman's corner area of Mobile, AL. The house is approximately 1/4 mile from a new Dollar General and 3 miles from interstate I-10. In 2024 we did an interior renovation of the house, so that it now features LED lighting, freshly painted walls, new floors, new appliances, a tile shower, granite countertops, and brand new furniture. The apartment offers comfortable seating, work or dining table for two, and a full bath with a shower. In the living area, there is a queen bed and small dining table. The flat has a balcony with an outdoor sofa + chairs overlooking Fairhope Ave! Unique space, crafted in detail, in the center of everything!

Welcome to Cottage on Caroline, a precious and happy home that is in Old Dauphin Way Historic District A neighborhood that is enjoying revitalization and value appreciation. The entire home was renovated. The ceilings are 10' and the hardwood floors are original and full of character. Huge fenced backyard. Dauphin St Entertainment District is a 5 minute walk away. The home also sits on the bike path and is a block and a half from the Mardi Gras parade route.

“Got it Good” is a one-story 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located directly on the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in peaceful Surfside Shores. “Got it Good” is located just 14 miles down Fort Morgan Road from Highway 59 in Gulf Shores, Alabama. ** During Peak Season (May 15-August 15) we have a 7 night Minimum with the standard Saturday to Saturday stay - We ONLY accept Saturday to Saturday Bookings During this time!!**
