La spiaggia di Vignanotica, tra le più prestigiose del Gargano, è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, dista circa 1 KM, o con auto fino al parcheggio, dove c'è la possibilità di prendere una navetta. l'immobile è dotato anche di doccia esterna e aria condizionata. A circa 1 Km. dalla casa ci sono due ristoranti.

Gli ospiti possono stare nella veranda adiacente, oppure spostarsi nel prato all'ombra del corbezzolo e godere del favoloso panorama. la Casina é su due piani: al piano terra c'è cucina e bagno, al piano superiore camera da letto e bagno di servizio. I due livelli sono uniti da una scala esterna. Panorama ammirabile stando anche comodamente a letto grazie ai finestroni che danno sul paese e sul mare.
