Our property has a shared secure entrance from the street and the guest suite has its own door, deck, travertine shower, separate toilet, kitchenette with mini-bar fridge and small built-in robe. Queen bed, wall-mounted smart TV, reverse cycle air-con and small BBQ on the deck. Laundry facilities available if you need. Minimum 2-night stay and 10% discount for 7 nights or more. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. An additional (King Single) bed can be set up in the living room on request, prior to arrival ($40/per night). Host are in the unit above and happy to help with any issues or requests.

You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.
