In the living room, there is also a cozy twin daybed. Check-in is seamless with keyless entry and includes a washer and dryer, fire pit, two parking spaces, and one dog under 50 lbs welcome. Under 10 minutes from the interstate, UNE, Amtrak, some of the most beautiful beaches in Maine, and several fantastic restaurants and breweries.

This new, very private apartment attached to our home is in a quiet and picturesque environment minutes away from Dock Square. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and families with one child. If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. 3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor Day. Cottage 4 is a 2 bedroom classic cottage with soothing beach colors and well appointed with comfortable furnishings. It is our only cottage with a claw foot bath tub. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans. The cottage also has a private deck with a gas grill. A short walk, and you are at the 7 mile stretch of sandy beach and pier. Yes we allow pets.
