Nuestro luminoso apartamento de 120 m² tiene capacidad para hasta 11 huéspedes y es ideal para familias y grupos de amigos que desean disfrutar de Barcelona juntos. Está situado frente a la estación de metro Paral·lel y a pocos minutos a pie de Las Ramblas, el Puerto y Montjuïc. Dispone de 4 amplios dormitorios, una sala de estar, cocina y 2 baños completos con bañera y ducha. Tanto el salón como los dormitorios tienen balcones con vistas a la ciudad, que aportan abundante luz natural y permiten disfrutar del ambiente urbano de Barcelona. La distribución del apartamento incluye 3 dormitorios con 2 camas individuales, un dormitorio con 2 camas dobles y un sofá cama doble en el salón. Bajo petición, las camas individuales pueden prepararse como camas dobles extragrandes. También es posible solicitar una cama extra o una cuna. El apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado, calefacción, sistema de purificación del aire, Wi-Fi gratuito y televisión con canales internacionales. La cocina está totalmente equipada y dispone de mesa y sillas para comer, además de un balcón con lavadora, secadora y cubos de reciclaje. Las ventanas de doble acristalamiento ayudan a mejorar el aislamiento. Al encontrarse en una zona céntrica, animada y con tráfico, puede percibirse el ambiente propio de la ciudad. El acceso al edificio y al apartamento funciona mediante códigos electrónicos, por lo que podrás llegar a cualquier hora sin necesidad de recoger llaves. Si llegas antes del check-in o quieres aprovechar tu último día, dispondrás de una sala de espera con taquillas, aseos, duchas y minibar gratuito con café, té, agua y refrescos. También podrás disfrutar de nuestra terraza comunitaria en la azotea, abierta de 9:00 a 20:00 horas, con vistas a la ciudad. The apartment is located in the city centre next to the Contemporary Art Museum, only a few minutes walking to Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya! Travel in time and experience Barcelona in a newly renovated apartment from the 1800s. A piece of history that has been gut renovated while maintaining original features and wooden framework combined with brand new appliances, a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Feel at home while enjoying hotel services like daily cleaning. The apartment has been decorated with a lot of taste and character. In the room you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the other bedroom a double bed. There are three complete bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet. The three double bedrooms makes this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. For larger groups we also have more apartments available in the same building. The apartment covers a whole floor of the building and the roof top terrace. The roof top terrace is a sun deck for day use until 10.00 pm in order not to bother they rest of the neighbors. Clients have access to free wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, laundry machine downstairs in the building basement, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complementary amenities, towels, sheets..... Extra cleaning is also available for a fee. Our target clients are adults 30+, families and business travellers. We don't accept bachelor parties or anyone that might bother other neighbors. Check-in after 20.00 has an extra cost of 30 euros. For check-ins after 24.00 there is an extra cost of 50 euros.

This spacious 110 m2 apartment, with high quality finishes, offers two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms (bathtub and shower). Its design is spacious, functional and minimalist yet creative. Maximum capacity: 7 people (double sofa bed for 2 guests) For stays of 7 nights or more, weekly housekeeping is provided. Cleaning service after 5 days of stay is included. Daily cleaning and change of towels is not included but can be booked for an extra cost. Additional cleaning services can be booked at an extra cost. The photos in the listing may differ slightly from your selected apartment. Stag or hen parties or similar parties are strictly forbidden. Children up to 3 years stay for free in existing beds. Older children are considered as adults.
