This is a ground level house, not an apartment. It is close to everything in Lagos. Located in the old town of Lagos, inside the city walls, just steps away from the cafes, restaurants, and bars/pubs of Lagos. The nearest beach is just a 10 minute walk (4 minutes drive). Although street parking is limited, there's a large, free car park/parking lot within a 2 minute walk of our house. Please note: our house was designed for adults on vacation. It's not recommended for small children

The house is just a 2-minute walk to the beach and a few steps from the lively town square, the many shops, restaurants and bars. The entrance and living room are on the ground floor. Then on the first floor you will find a bathroom with walk-in shower and a fully equipped kitchen with French balcony. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a small balcony. Suitable for 4 people.

Included in the price is the heated swimming pool from March to June, September to October inclusive. On other dates pool heating available on request (extra cost). Our space is near to restaurants, shops, nightlife, oldtown, public transportation, and parks. But at the same time is locate in a very calm area. You will love this space because of the location, the views, the private pool with the surrounding green space. My space is good for families (with children) and large groups.
