We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

Rural Retreat

A spacious self contained loft space above the garage with its own private access via an external staircase with off road parking. This warm and cosy space has a full kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, a wine cooler, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The table and chairs provide a comfortable space to eat. Towels and fresh linen are provided. The living area has a sofa and TV, and bathroom has a full size bath and shower. There is even a small wardrobe for storage.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodges provide a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of up to four people. The Cabin offers a beautiful patio area and Hot-Tub where you can relax and unwind. The Cabin also boasts superfast Starlink Internet. * Please note. The Cabin backs onto the A1. The Cabin has been insulated and walls have been soundproofed so noise inside is a minimum.
