Awesome Free Time Studio

Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. We would be glad to personally welcome every guest. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

Strom- und Wasserversorgung möglich. WC und Dusche vorhanden

ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Bergdorf auf 850 m Seehöhe. Am Bauernhof gibt es eine Mutterlkuhherde, die im Sommer auf der umliegenden Weide gehalten wird und im Winter im Laufstall. Der ganze Hof besteht aus einem altem Bauernhaus aus dem Mittelalter, einem Stallgebäude aus dem Jahr 1734, dem neuen Haus, einer Halle, einem kleinen Häuschen und diese neue Ferienwohnung. Am Hof gibt es einen Pfeilbogenparcours mit 50 3D Tiere auf Wald und Wiesen, er ist der Schönste weit und breit!

This charming garden apartment is located in the heart of the city, right next to the Technical University, combining urban comfort with a quiet setting. Two bright rooms with direct access to the garden, a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen ensure a relaxed stay. Both the living and outdoor areas offer dining tables for three, plus a sofa bed and a small storage room. A Smart TV and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi make it ideal for longer stays.

This apartmant is on the middle floor , it consists of a kitchen with bedroom and a bathroom (studio) . House is located in one of the best area in Bled, just a few minutes from Lake Bled and city center. You live alone in the apartment and its not shared with other guests. Guests can use a shared washing mashine in the house. We offer a self check in option , if your arrival time is unkown or out of check in hours. Guests need to pay turist tax upon arrival (3,13e )

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
