Large back yard. Two bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 full. Air mattresses, cot, PackNPlay for added guests. Books, games, smart TV, washer/dryer. HVAC w/allergy/virus filter. Dogs welcome, small fenced relief area. House is apprx. 100 yo, clean & cared for with a few nicks, cracks & creaks for authenticity!

Coziest place in town This is a tiny home tucked away in the heart of Aurora. within walking distance to our wonderful square in the center of town. This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. This cottage is about 5 miles south of Lincoln, NE. It has a single bed with a pull out trundle bed underneath on the main floor with 2 lofts that each have a single bed. You go up a ladder to reach the lofts. Kitchen has stove, refrigerator and sink. Bathroom has shower and toilet. Country setting.
