Austinmer and the surrounding South Coast villages are plentiful for restaurant and cafe choices, but it is their beaches and rock pools that will leave you wondering if you've found paradise. If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

Welcome to our new Retired Bus In The Womabarra's. This rustic Bus is suited to people who like to go back to basics and love the camping bush vibes. It is set in the sub-tropical basic garden of my home in Wombarra. Nestled between the Illawarra Escarpment and beach, surrounded by nature, peaceful bird singing surroundings. She comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The location is 2 minutes walk from the station and 7 minutes walk to stunning, unspoiled, surf beaches and rock pools.

It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .
