Self-contained Annex Studio Flat

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a nice big garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Broadband, TV, fridge, washing machine and drier are all included. It is about 50 yards from Egham station which has regular trains to London, the journey taking about 40 minutes. The train goes to Waterloo Station which is very close to the London Eye and Westminster, with Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is 5 or 6 miles away. Egham is a small town, but it has some historic interest in that the Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede down the road by the river in 1215. Not far away is Windsor castle and Eton (where princes William and Harry, and David Cameron went to school). There is also some lovely countryside around and lovely walks.

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Cozy studio located in central Marlow

If you want to be in central Marlow with easy access to all the local amenities then our Studio is the place to be. When you walk down the private entrance you are met with a cosy yet modern studio comprising of a bedroom/lounge, spacious kitchen and shower room. Decked area above the property give a sun drenched outdoor space for dining. Note: 8th April - August 2024 Wetherspoons pub restoration work will commence 2 addresses away. Indoor refit, second floor extension & garden creation.

Light and spacious apartment in a stand-alone annexe in the grounds of our house, 250m from the River Thames. Modern furniture, TV, wifi, full kitchen, washing machine, freezer. Great location for eating out and for access to countryside. Close to Windsor, Eton, Marlow, Cliveden National Trust and lovely river walks. 5 minutes from Maidenhead station. 10 minutes from The Fat Duck and the Waterside Inn. We are near a railway line. It doesn't bother us at all but you can hear the trains.

Outside seating area with lovely views over main garden. Ideal for a relaxing break with local walks and renowned country pub less than a 10 min walk. Brightwell Baldwin is a small hamlet close to the market and historic town of Watlington. Henley-on-Thames and Oxford City Centre are a short drive away.

Southwood Gardens annexe in Cookham

We are right on the edge of the beautiful village of Cookham. The accommodation is annexed to the main house and is accessed through a secured side-gate for total privacy. There is also free private parking on the front drive. The room is ideal for people who need to commute (1 hour by train to London, 25 minutes drive to Heathrow), or families who need to have additional accommodation for their loved ones to stay in the area. The Annexe room

A recently refurbished self contained one double bedroom ensuite annexe, attached to main house with its own private entrance, generous hallway (enough for 2 bikes) and parking space. Tea/coffee and continental breakfast provided. Situated in a quite residential cul-de sac, only a ten minute walk from Wokingham Town Centre, with its wide range of eateries, shops and pubs. Wokingham Train station - 5 min taxi/20 min walk

"Kotimme" Annexe in beautiful area near Thames

Lovely Annexe / Suite with a separate lounge, Bedroom ( Kingsize Bed ) & Bathroom - ideal for a couple. Sole Use. Attached to the main house but own private entrance & self check-in. Parking on a drive. Smart TV. We don't have a Kitchen but there is a Fridge, Kettle, Toaster and Tea & Coffee, and Milk & Juice are provided. We offer boat trips for an extra fee. Train links to Henley, Reading & London. 5 mins to River Thames

This stylish place to stay is perfect for walking in the beautiful surrounding countryside. The Ridgeway and Chilton Hills and the Thames Path all accessible from the village. The mainline station provides access to Oxford, Reading and London Paddington. The historical market town of Wallingford on Thames is approximately 5 miles away and Henley on Thames is 12 miles away.

Henley town centre is 6.5 miles away and via bus, (bus stop is 5 minute walk from studio) takes 20-25mins.
