Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

Built in 1753, this 1000 square feet, newly restored limestone cottage was the original settlement home on the 135-acre homestead. Boasting a French country esthetic, this little darling has the most captivating views of rolling hills, a brook, and lush green farmland.

Our most budget-friendly option. This is our oldest unit, kept specifically for guests seeking a low-cost stay. If you are looking for crisp and fresh, this is not the place for you. It is a simple, functional apartment on the 1st floor in a historic building—not a luxury renovation. We require government-issued photo ID, sign agreement and a $500 security deposit may be charged at the host's discretion.

Welcome to The Cottages on Orchard—a restored 1BR/1BA, dog-friendly cottage (king bed) built in 1920 by author Victor Thaddeus. Nestled among trees in whimsical Ardentown, you’re 2 min to I-95 and 10 min to Downtown Wilmington. Frog Hollow Cottage is a newly renovated getaway located in the heart of the Chester County’s rolling farmland and equestrian community. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe. The studio has been re-imagined as a peaceful retreat for families, friends and couples.
