Our wonderful townhouse is brandnew and built with love and care. Located in one of my favorite districts of Vienna and close to Schönbrunn (castle, garden and zoo). The townhouse is easy to reach via public transport (or taxi) from Airport, Bus- and Trainstation. Subway is a 5 minute walk and takes you the main shopping street in 2 stops; to the heart of Vienna (old town) in 6 stops. I am happy to help you with all the details or information you need. Das Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und eine 60 qm große Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick über die Weingärten. Es steht ein 600 qm Eigengrund mit einem kleinen privaten Weingarten zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist teilweise klimatisiert und modern eingerichtet.

Charmante Unterkunft mit direkten Blick in den Schlosspark Hetzendorf. Der Schlosspark Schönbrunn (Zoo/Gloriette) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Genießen sie Wien, in diesem gemütlichen Reihenhaus, welches für bis zu 8 Personen vorbereitet ist. In nur 2 Gehminuten erreichen sie die nächste Strassenbahn-/ Bus- Station (25min direkt ins Zentrum/ Oper bzw. in weniger als 10 Minuten zur nächsten U-Bahn, U4/ U6)

The house in the beautiful Hinterbrühl is located in a small street with little traffic. The Vienna forest directly adjoins this and invites you to hike, climb and walk. The garden is especially beautiful in summer and the terrace is like a second living room. Since the cottage is inhabited, you usually have to share the kitchen and the garden, because another person is present.

You can really relax here! You are in Vienna, but nevertheless it is quiet here and you can recover from your sightseeing - activities. And when you like to have an adventure in the nature, you have a lot to do: Husarentempel, castel of Mödling, vienna woods ... there are a lot of possibilities!
