There is a pass thru door between the units with locks on both sides. You get 2 bedrooms, kitchenette/living area, private bath all for the price of hotel room. Off street parking in gravel driveway on right of the home. Easy access to major highways. Pets may be accepted on case by case basis. Property located on gravel street a couple of blocks off blacktop.

A quiet country home located on 10 acres. Parking is near the gates to enter the staircase down to the apartment. A handrail is available for your convenience. You enter into the kitchen and sitting area. A bedroom w/TV & DVD player, a sitting room, a bathroom with a shower. Trees hide the house from the road and provide a secluded retreat for visitors, walking trails, a pond, deck for sitting and enjoying the outdoors. Next to the city but definitely a country vibe.

Located in Historic Delano District our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home away from home has been home to many Wichita Local Shoe Repair Shops for the past 75 plus years. The last time this building homed a Shoe Repair Store was just a year and a half ago and owned and operated by my husband Keith. When he chose to run only one store, this building sat empty for a year. Once I realized this awesome building & location would be a perfect home away for travelers we began designing.
