Tailored for the modern traveler, the room features a cozy sleeping area (a futon that doubles as a bed), a functional kitchenette equipped with a Keurig, mini fridge, a microwave and a streamlined work desk. Every inch is optimized for practicality, making it ideal for short stays or extended visits.

Coopers Rock Retreat

Industrial farmhouse studio apartment nestled in the hills of West Virginia. Located just 15 minutes to downtown Morgantown and only 5 short minutes away from Coopers Rock State Forest. Spectacular landscape views from dusk to dawn and breathtaking star gazing on clear nights. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette to make home cooked meals while on the road, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon.

This ground level apartment is a 20 minute walk to downtown Morgantown as well as on the city bus line. The White park trails are a block away and it is near the Morgantown municipal ice rink. Relax at our convenient getaway- a simple loft, recently renovated, perfect for a small family, couple, or small group of friends! Only a short drive or uber trip to downtown, WVU, and the stadium. Our space is new and we are still working out some details. We do not have finishing touches like coffee and large trash cans. The loft is its own space, completely private and separate from the first floor. Listing update- frig is working!
