The Annex is next door to a family home within their established garden, to which guests have access. The nearest railway stations are Battle or Hastings.

The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
