This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

Endlose Waldwege laden ein zum Wandern, Reiten, Radeln und Kutschenfahren. Für Pilz und Heidelbeersammler ist es ein wahres Paradies. Auf dem Hof Sandsee wird Reittherapie auf Inlandspferden angeboten. Der Sandsee liefert Gelegenheit zum Baden und Angeln. Das Gästehaus bietet Ihnen absolute Ruhe und Erholung in einer traumhaften Umgebung.

Wenn Sie absolute Ruhe in der Natur, direkt am zaberhaften und sauberen See, umgeben von Vögeln und anderen Tieren, in der Nachbarschaft des Naturparks "Unteres Odertal" und nur ca. 2 Stunden von Berlin entfernt suchen, dann sind Sie hier genau richtig! Ob eine Bootsfahrt bei Sonnenuntergang, Loslassen des Alltags im Saunatempel (auf Anfrage), eine Radtour oder Wanderung durch Wälder und Felder - oder einfach vor dem Kaminfeuer abschalten, all das findet Ihr im Haus am See! Ganzjährig!

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Für Familien mit Hund. Der Bungalow „Domek Azalla “ steht auf einem 1500 m² großem, eingezäunten Grundstück, DIREKT am Wasser. Eine Gegend, in der man sich vollkommen entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Naturschutzgebiet: Natura 2000. In einer wunderschönen, ruhigen pommerschen Landschaft mit einer Wasserverbindung zur Ostsee. Die flachen Gewässer laden herzlich zum Schwimmen, Angeln und Bootfahren ein.

Vijverhuisje

Dit in zomer 2023 gebouwde vijverhuisje met een groen dak is helemaal top. Het huisje ligt op het terrein van een kwekerij van vlier en duindoorn. Je hebt volledige privacy, maar we zijn 'altijd' in de buurt om je te helpen. We spreken Nederlands, Pools, Duits en Engels. Het huisje bestaat uit 1 vertrek met keuken zit en slaapgedeelte. Daarnaast is er afzonderlijke douche toilet. Warm water is er via de houtgestookte cv ketel. Er is Wi-Fi maar de kwaliteit daarvan is wisselend.
