Plenty of local walks including bush and beaches with views across to Evans Bay and the marina. Getting to Wellington CBD is easy, either by local buses, scooters or driving (6 kms).

Small (75sqm) unit in very quiet neighbourhood available. Close to Ngaio train station, this cosy home is only 10 minutes into the central train station and Wellington Regional Stadium. We understand the new GST policy was implemented since April 2024 for all New Zealand Airbnb. This means our guests will have to pay 15% GST on top of the costs.
