Just 10mins walk from Ngaio train station you are one stop away from the central city. The bus stop just down the street is even closer. Only a 5min drive to the Interislander Ferry Terminal. Please note this is a hilly area. Access is steep and not accessible if stairs are a problem. Parking is on street only.

I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. Above the Botanic Gardens, our quiet, spacious, character-filled apartment is only a 5 minute drive (25 minute walk for the fit) down to the CBD. A regular bus service to the city is metres away from our home. Our street has free parking, spectacular views of the city, and a park opposite with tennis courts.
