The house offers 2 separate apartments. Your accommodation is on the entire ground floor of the house and offers about 80 m² of space for up to 4 people (up to 6 people on request). The accommodation has two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a small balcony, and a modern bathroom with a toilet. There is also a charming, rustic bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day in the forest. In front of the house, there are free parking spaces. There is also a private, fenced garden with seating where you can relax outdoors. You can enjoy a glass of wine while looking out at the landscape, as the setting sun turns everything into a warm, golden light. If you need extra space, we can also offer a cellar room for storing bicycles, ski equipment, or other things. My partner and I live on the upper floor, so the entire ground floor is exclusively for the guests. However, we are available to assist if guests need anything during their stay. Other important information: The property, which is about 15,000 m², is mostly covered by forest, perfect for relaxing and exploring. In the meadows to the south and west, cows graze regularly. During some seasons, you can also see horses on the neighboring property. This natural setting creates a peaceful atmosphere and is perfect for anyone who loves the beauty of rural landscapes. The small village of Preitenegg is located at just over 1,000 meters above sea level in the Carinthian Alps, near the border with Styria. It is a peaceful and relaxing place. The village has a supermarket, a bank, and a cozy inn, so you can find everything you need for daily life close by. In spring, summer, and autumn, the region is great for hiking. In winter, you can go cross-country skiing on the nearby Hebalm (about 10 minutes by car) or ski in nearby ski resorts, like the Klippitztörl ski area (about 30 minutes by car). For a refreshing swim, you can visit the Packer Stausee (15 minutes by car) or the Hebalmsee (10 minutes by car). The Wörthersee is also about an hour away by car. Additionally, the Red Bull Ring and the AirPower site, both about 50 minutes by car, are nearby and offer exciting activities. The Red Bull Ring is famous for Formula 1 races and other motorsport events. The cities of Graz and Klagenfurt are each about an hour away by car.

Apartma Bela is situated in the heart of Robanov kot – the most well preserved glacial valley in Solčava region, located 15 min drive from Logar valley. Calm and cosy suite offers the perfect starting point for hiking, mountaineering or cycling. The apartment is located on the second floor and is the largest of the four apartments in the house, with near identical square footage. Our historic stone house, known locally as Mauthner, is situated at an altitude of 824 meters and is being lovingly and painstakingly renovated. Three vacation apartments will be ready for our guests starting in May 2026! The Lindenblick apartment, with its spacious bedroom, eat-in kitchen, and bathroom, guarantees a cozy stay! Enjoy and relax in the apartment's private wellness area, complete with an sauna and whirlpool! The new pond with panoramic views invites you to linger and unwind.

Über den Wolken

Die Unterkunft liegt auf etwa 1.200 m Seehöhe und zeichnet sich durch die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die ruhige Lage am Ende des Zufahrtsweges aus. Bis zur Liftstation zum Skifahren oder dem Mountainbike-Trail (Sommer) sind es nur noch ca. 5 min mit dem PKW. Bis ins Tal und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 12 min, eine Bäckerei gibt es in der Nähe der Lifte. In meinem Haus, in dem sich Menschen, die hier leben und Gäste begegnen, befindet sich eine Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern einer Küche mit einer Essecke und einem Badezimmer mit Klo. Die Wohung befindet sich im ersten Stock des Hauses und bildet eine eigene Wohneinheit und ist gut für 4 Personen geeignet. !! Achtung das Badezimmer ist einen halben Stock tiefer und über Stufen zu erreichen. Der Garten kann auch benutzt werden. Bei Bedarf kann auch der Seminarraum zusätzlich gebucht werden.

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

queda a doce minutos de la estacion de tranvia y el tren ,hay dos grandes centros comerciales dentro de cinco minutos con carro y al centro de graz con carro diez minutos y al aeropuerto cinco kilometros. La habitacion tiene en verano temperaturas agradable. Los hospuedes pueden usar tambien la terrassa. Hay un possibilidad de un poco futbol con pequenos goles en el jardin afuera de la casa. Teneomos tambien la possibilidad de alquilar 1 o 2 bicicledtas.
