We do not allow guests that are not part of the reservation to visit the property during your stay. No loud late nights. Rental does not include access to lower floors, billiard room, porch.

Bring your Kayak or Canoe or travel.... 20 minutes to Mystic and Mystic Seaport, 3 miles to Mohegan Sun, 7 to Foxwoods, near the Sub Base & Coast Guard Academy,& I-95. This beachy, private, self contained studio has its own entrance and covered deck. It sits nestled in the trees surrounded by nature but is just 2 miles from the bustle of downtown Mystic. Close enough to the ocean to hear an occasional seagull and light house horn. This large, sunny space is en-suite with queen bed, couch, AC, internet, tv and numerous appliances. Resort like property also has a 2 bed apt with full kitchen and 2 more 1 bed studios for couples who would like to travel together.

Bright sun filled second floor apartment in a multi unit building. The apartment has one bathroom , two bedrooms the first with a king size bed and the second has a queen. LIving room, dining room, full kitchen with coffee bar. We are a 15 min walk to downtown shops, restaurants, ferries and train station. The home is minutes from the I-95 and we are a half hour drive of the areas most popular attractions. Note there are stairs and a claw foot tub which may make access difficult for some.
