Ski and snowboard from Stowe Mountain Resort 9 miles away, with picturesque hiking in the summer. I would highly recommend a four wheel or all wheel drive vehicle. House is on a hill with a pretty steep road leading to it.

Although the apartment does not have air conditioning, it stays a cool 65 degrees on most days - you may even want to turn on the heat early on a summer morning!
