When you enter my home you will soon feel the world of convenience at your fingertips. My place is perfect for couples, friends, solo adventurers, LGBTQ friendly, or business travelers.

This charming unit occupies the entire floor of a triplex within a stunning 19th-century brownstone. The space boasts a spacious living room, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a dressing room, a kitchenette, and a spectacular bathroom. While the kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and kettle, a shared full kitchen is available on the floor above. Enjoy complete privacy. However, if you ever need anything, the host resides on another floor of the triplex.

A and 1 train stations and bus stop just a few steps away. around the building you can find different restaurants, bars, night clubs, parks, parking garage, The Hudson River, museums, pharmacies, and supermarkets open 24 hours. Our place has two rooms with a king size beds in each room, a full bathrooms and a kitchen fully equipped with a dinner table and 4 chairs.
